How soon can someone come out?
Most visits land within two or three days. Anything leaking water or a fridge full of food gets bumped to the front of the queue — say so when you call and we'll do our best for same or next day.
What does the visit cost?
$79 for the diagnostic call-out, and that amount comes straight off the bill if you go ahead with the repair. The repair itself is quoted as one flat figure before we start, so there's no meter running.
Do you fix older appliances?
Gladly. Older machines are often the easiest to keep going, and parts for the big brands are still widely available. We'll be honest if a repair costs more than the appliance is worth.
Which brands do you know well?
Whirlpool, Maytag, GE, LG, Samsung, Bosch, Miele, KitchenAid, Frigidaire, Kenmore, Sub-Zero and Viking. If yours isn't listed, ask — the fundamentals rarely change.
What if the repair doesn't hold?
Every part we fit is covered for 90 days along with our labor. If the same fault reappears in that time, we come back and put it right, no charge and no argument.
